These terms govern use of this site and the payment-solution request process. By submitting a request, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to make the request for the business.

Request, review, and provider approval

A request is not an approval, offer, merchant-processing agreement, equipment order, or promise of savings. Provider underwriting, eligibility, equipment availability, pricing, fees, delivery dates, and service terms are determined separately by the relevant provider and its written agreements. A provider application or signature process is presented only after the applicable review and offer steps.

Communications

Checking the request-form consent box authorizes service-related email about that request, including verification and follow-up messages. You may stop follow-up messages from the secure portal. This site does not collect consent for marketing text messages or automated calls. Electronic-signature consent for a merchant agreement, if required, is collected by the provider in its own secure process.

Secure information

Do not submit card numbers, bank-account details, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or identity-document numbers through this site. Sensitive merchant-onboarding information belongs only in the provider's secure application. Keep secure request links private.

Analytics and advertising disclosure

Our public pages use Rybbit analytics and may display Google AdSense advertising. Rybbit may measure visits, navigation, URL parameters, form interactions, error events, session replay, and IP information for diagnostics, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not load those scripts on the secure customer portal or admin area, and they are not used to collect the business information submitted in the intake workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass security controls, submit information for another business without authorization, interfere with site operation, or use the site for unlawful activity. We may limit or block requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.
