HOW THE REQUEST WORKS

Four steps. A clear direction.

Anchor Strata organizes your request for POS and payment-processing review. Final merchant approval comes from the provider.

  1. 01

    Start your inquiry

Share your name, email, phone number, and business type. This creates an Anchor Strata request and opens your intake workspace.

  2. 02

    Complete your profile

Add your business details, payment needs, and preferred setup. Your checklist identifies missing or inconsistent information. Save progress and verify your email when the verification message arrives.

  3. 03

    Review your offer

When an approved offer is available, review processing rates, fees, equipment costs, and terms before choosing to proceed. An inquiry or completeness check does not guarantee approval.

  4. 04

    Apply through the provider

Continue through the provider’s secure application, required disclosures, and signature process. Underwriting, agreement completion, and activation are separate provider steps.

PRICING THAT FITS YOUR BUSINESS

Explore the
Flat Cash option.

Ask for a comparison using your current processing costs, sales volume, and payment mix.

Request a Flat Cash review

Choose the Flat Cash option under Pricing program in your intake. This records your interest; enrollment requires provider review and agreement.

What is Flat Cash?

Indeflex’s Flat Cash program combines flat-rate pricing with an option to pass eligible processing costs to customers. Your representative will confirm the available setup, costs, and equipment compatibility for your business.

How would this affect my customers?

It depends on the approved pricing method. A cash discount reduces the regular price for cash payment; dual pricing presents cash and card prices; a surcharge adds a disclosed fee to eligible credit-card payments. These methods have different requirements. Credit-card surcharges cannot be applied to debit or prepaid cards. Your provider must confirm applicable rules, required notices, receipts, and POS configuration before launch.

Does Flat Cash eliminate every fee?

Do not assume every cost disappears. Review the full quote for processing charges, monthly fees, equipment, software, and other services. Availability and savings depend on your business and the approved terms.

PROVIDER FORMS & ACCESS

Know where
each step happens.

When do I complete provider forms?

After the applicable review and offer steps, follow the secure application and signature instructions provided for your selected processing path. The forms and disclosures depend on the business, solution, and processor.

Do customers need an Indeflex portal account?

The Anchor Strata form does not grant an Indeflex portal account. Follow your provider’s access and authorization instructions. The customer intake workflow does not ask you to browse the internal Indeflex document library.

Is an approved offer the same as activation?

No. Offer review, the merchant application, agreement signing, provider underwriting, and merchant activation are separate steps. Your account is ready only after the provider confirms the required steps and activation.

What if I need to correct a detail?

Use the intake workspace to edit and save your business profile before accepting an offer. If your request has advanced, contact the representative handling it. Review your saved details before continuing.
