Your information and your POS request.
This notice explains the information Anchor Strata handles when you ask for POS, payment-processing, or merchant-services information through this site. It applies to this site and intake workspace, not to a processor or provider application, which has its own notices and agreements.
Kestervale LLC provides website services for Anchor Strata. Privacy and accessibility requests can be sent to [email protected]; you do not need to submit a merchant-services inquiry to ask for help.
Information we collect
We collect the contact and business details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, payment needs, sales estimates, device preferences, integration needs, optional notes, and any redacted files you choose to upload. We also record campaign parameters, referrer information, and limited technical information such as a hashed IP address for security and abuse prevention. Hosting and network-security systems also receive connection IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and timestamps when serving the site.
How we use it
We use request information to organize your inquiry, identify missing details, respond with next steps, prepare or support a requested offer, and maintain an internal record of the request. Completeness checks are automated; they do not independently verify your business, identity, documents, eligibility, or approval.
Providers and service partners
After you complete all required intake fields, select Submit my request, and verify your email, your business and contact details are sent to the Indeflex-hosted Autobahn CRM for representative review. Saved drafts are not transferred to the CRM. We may also share the information needed to pursue your requested payment solution with a selected provider or a service provider acting for the request. Sensitive merchant-onboarding information must be submitted only through the provider's secure application. Do not put card numbers, bank-account details, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or identity-document numbers into this site.
Cookies and browser storage
Accept all enables page-view analytics on public pages. We send only an approved page path and the site name, without query strings, referrers, form values, financial information, or custom user identifiers. The collector receives your connection IP address and browser information to calculate a daily fingerprint. Advertising and session replay stay disabled.
Cookie settings stores your choice in the first-party anchorstrata_cookie_consent_v2 cookie and anchorstrata.consent.v2 localStorage record for up to 180 days. The cookie uses Secure, SameSite=Lax, and Path=/. Matching cookie and localStorage records are required to remember the choice. Missing, conflicting, invalid, expired, or unavailable settings never enable optional tracking. If saving fails, the dialog explains this and may reappear. Global Privacy Control keeps optional tracking denied, including when an older record contains an opt-in.
Use the permanent Cookie settings link to reopen settings and choose Reject optional to withdraw any previous optional consent. Closing the dialog without choosing does not save consent. These controls do not change information you submit through forms or essential authentication storage.
Browser privacy signals
The older Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal does not change your consent setting. Optional analytics require an explicit choice where enabled, and Global Privacy Control keeps optional tracking off even after an earlier acceptance. This site does not load third-party advertising tags or social-media tracking embeds to build cross-site advertising profiles. A provider website you choose to open has its own privacy and cookie practices.
Email and communications
When you check the consent box, you authorize service-related email responses and follow-ups about your request. You can stop follow-ups from the secure portal. This form does not enroll you in unrelated marketing, and it does not authorize automated telephone calls or text messages.
Retention
Origin access and security logs are normally kept for approximately 14 days, unless needed for an incident or legal obligation. Inquiry records, uploaded files and the associated communication history do not have an automatic deletion deadline in this site. Operators review deletion requests in light of the active inquiry, recordkeeping, dispute, security and legal needs. Closing the browser or stopping follow-up email does not delete a submitted record. Information transferred to a provider or the Indeflex-hosted CRM is subject to that service’s own retention practices as well.
Our Rybbit instance does not currently expire analytics events automatically; retained analytics are deleted manually. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection but does not by itself erase earlier events. Contact us to request review of retained information. Because pageviews do not include a name, email address or custom user identifier, we may be unable to associate a historical event with you.
Security and access
Authorized operators may access request information to support the workflow. The site uses HTTPS, and access to request information is restricted to authorized operators. A secure email link gives access to your request, so keep that link private and do not forward it.
Updates, deletion requests, and accessibility help
You can update business details in the portal before accepting an offer. To request access, correction, deletion, or an accessible alternative, email [email protected] and identify Anchor Strata, or contact the representative handling your request. We may ask for limited verification before disclosing or changing records. Do not send sensitive merchant-onboarding documents or secure access links with your initial request. We will explain available action and any applicable limitations; you will not be penalized for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Audience and changes
This service is intended for adult business representatives, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information that should be reviewed or deleted. Material changes to these practices will be described on this page with a revised effective date; any new optional tracking must still follow the consent controls.
