Access to the Anchor Strata request process.

Anchor Strata aims to make its public website and secure intake workflow usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical guide while we improve the experience.

Current accessibility support

• Keyboard-accessible navigation, controls, and visible focus indicators.
• Skip links that move directly to the main page content.
• Native labels and clear error/status messages for form fields.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and layouts that support zoom and reflow.
• Reduced-motion support for people who request it in their device settings.

Need assistance?

If a page or form prevents you from completing a request, use the site's request form and write “accessibility assistance” in the optional notes, or contact the representative handling your request. Tell us the page, the issue, and the format or assistance that would help. We will work to provide an accessible alternative and respond through a reasonable method.

Ongoing review

We review public pages and the intake workflow with keyboard and automated checks as changes are made. Accessibility can be affected by browsers, assistive technology, and third-party content, so we welcome reports of barriers.
